The evidence is literally publicly available. It takes mere seconds to find court records and articles online. But it is just easier for you to sit there and scream "what is your evidence?" as some headless chicken, right?

Explain what someone’s realistically going to do with your DNA data.

You are obviously oblivious to how mass-surveillance works, and how much it can destroy our freedoms. Services like 23AndMe keep a database over all the DNA they have received. This database is often shared with governments, and can be used to create relationship maps - who is what to whom. This information can be and is being weaponized against us on a daily basis.

If you are dumb enough to send your DNA to a company that keeps it in a database forever, and often shares it with governments to make relationship maps and population control, you deserve everything.

  • I tried one called Lemmur that I downloaded off F-Droid, however, it can not find this instance (lemmy.world). I want one that's open-source, and preferably from F-Droid (because screw Google). Which one do you guys use?

Keyfile? YubiKey? Both? I, myself, use just use a standard keyfile that I generated with KeePass. This should be plenty secure along with a strong password. Some guy once showed me a neat trick. Instead of generating the keyfile in KeePass, he would instead generate a very long password, paste it into a txt file, and use that as a keyfile. That way, it is much easier to backup, since it is just a single-line string of text. It can even be backed up as a QR code very easily.

Hello all! I am new to the Fediverse, and am currently exploring it all. Very exciting concept and future! So far, I am here on Lemmy (Reddit alternative) and Nostr (Twitter alternative). Which Fediverse software is the best Facebook alternative? Thanks in advance!

This is an open forum for discussing everything related to the KeePass Password Manager and its forks. Here are only a few basic rules: 1. Keep a respectful tone 2. No spam/scam
