Try uninstalling through discover and reinstalling, if that doesn't work go to your application menu and right click on the chromium launcher and select "edit application" then click the "Application" tab, the "Program" field should say where it's looking for the chromium binary, what does it say there? Also if you type "which chromium" into the terminal, what does it say?
