There was a website that did this like 20 years ago. Hell if I can find it. Was called something like the one million project.

Funny I had n eee ver heard of this. But I thought to myself that’s a really good idea. (I like chili, I like spaghetti, so why not.) but I’m like damn that picture makes it look awful.

Every now and then there were a couple I would check in on.

Most old people I’ve worked with in tech are pretty good at hacking shit.
These guys fucked up their website, but I hope glasses are still good. https://www.noirinsight.com/93-uvshield Used to be "noir" noir.com or something. I was running around with a $6 pair of red sunglasses from a gas station for like 20 years. Their website still gives you the frequency of the light their glasses block. I'm not shilling for them, I have no reason to. I ordered the wrap arounds, it helps so much. Was so happy I also ordered the aviators. Those kind of suck, would not recommend. But the red wrap-arounds are really good. And adjustable.
I’m just using safari on IOS, though I notice this of Firefox on desktop too. Lemmy UI appears to try to refresh the feed, or the comments under a post, it reloads the page, which then scrolls back to the top of the page. Then I have to scroll past everything I just read, to get back to where I was before the auto refresh. Can I disable this behavior?
