Yeah, writing from 0.0.35, everything works fine.

Yep, just installed 0.0.35, seems to work fine on most instances.

OK, I'll try it.

No, currently there is no option like that in Lemmy, thus, no option in Jerboa as well.

Don't. The new version doesn't work with the current versions of Lemmy. Instances need to update to the latest Lemmy version, then update the app.

Meeh, I don't really care one way or another. As long as the info gets out and to the people, I don't care much how it got out.
But, I'm a pirate since birth. I haven't paid for anything digital in my entire life (well... CDs, yes, but only because I respect the bands and just wanted to have the originals, cuz I'm also a collector, and thay was years after I alredy had pirated copies), so I'm used to finding my way around this digital playground and getting the info/data I need. This being said, I'm not really on one side or another, but I just love fucking with rich people, lol. So I decided, fuck it, let's give this thing a try. Turns out it's a lot better than I thought. Plus, quieter than reddit, not so much noise... which I kinda like to be honest, so... yeah, I'm sticking here. I do have my reddit accounts still active as well, but only because I need them, got some posts shared on the profiles which I would hate to get deleted. So yeah, I'll be here mostly, but also on reddit from time to time.

Lemmy still doesn't have that option, but I believe it's in the works.

I know, that's why it's the best browser out there 👍 💪.

Yeah, was about to say the same... $300 for a Pi, no way I'm paying that.
I would also suggest looking at some Pi clones on eBay/AliExpress, like BananaPi. They're fairly cheap for the performance they offer. Though, yes, having 8GB of RAM on a small thing like that costs a lot, no doubt there.

Nah, it'll just shift in the NSFW direction... basically, 90% of the content will be porn, OF promotions, etc. The other 10% will be random meme subs and subs like rellationship_advice/dating_advice, hookup subs, personal ads, etc.
Basically, what FB is today, but with porn.

Yes, mostly uneducated poor people. Educate them and they start acting more and more like the rich (not spend money on everything that falshes in the sun).

Didn't actually know there was more than 1 type of rhino, lol.

Yeah, IDK why, just feels kinda natural.

I understand that, but it seems that no one has taken an interest in pirating this 🤷. Things are what they are. If it's not something that is required by most acdemic courses out there (like let's say something from Tanenbaum), then the cahnces of you actually finding a pirated version of the book are slim.

To be honest, that percentage was after deduping everything, so it could be due to dups being deduped. The first one (the MPEG2 one) was before deduping, so that should be valid.
zstd can go up to 15 on BTRFS, not higher.
I found this feature super handy on the official reddit app (I'm sure most other 3rd party aps also had it, haven't checked though). Some of us have multiple personalities, so we need to have several separate accounts. Not to mention it makes adding communities to our other accounts super easy.
It opens them in app 🥳. Now if only it had a drop down menu with a Download and a Copy Link option on long tap, that would be perfect 😁. I'm using it right now, seems to be stable, haven't ran into any trouble yet.
Basically, it shows that there are, let's say, 3 replies to your comment, and you tap on them to expand them, but nothing happens 🤷. Also, the link thing in Jerboa is not working properly. I tap on the link to lead me to the comment in question, sometimes it does lead me to the comment in question, but most of the time it just leads me to the post and I have to scroll down to find the comment in question.
