Car brain offended by person running on road because of shitty sidewalks

I see plenty of room to pass. Person running in the gutter lane. Sidewalks in this area look fucking rough (thanks, car centric transportation!).

What’s mildly infuriating is the asshole taking a picture WHILE operating a motor vehicle.
