Possibility of Ike's Kitchen returning in Lamplighter Mall (Wonju's former location)

I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but Ike's Kitchen is a sorely missed local favorite. According to Wonju's goodbye and thanks post from July 30, 2023 ([here](https://wonjukoreanrestaurant.business.site/posts/3066615513026962162?hl=en)), "...we welcome Ike's Kitchen in our space and hope that you are able to support their family!" I don't want to celebrate prematurely, but I'd be lying if this didn't excite me.
