After all of the signing day excitement, it’s back to reality with the Miami Hurricanes. Abysmal start against Rutgers.

Thanks! Glad Miami got a much-needed win. Sorry for my lack of conversation during the game. I spent way too long trying to get my 2 year old to go to sleep, and I ended up passing out in the process.

There’s a little more activity over at !cfb@fanaticus.social if you want to join in over there until this one picks up. The downside of the Fediverse is there a lot of overlapping communities, and the limited number of users are spread out. Hopefully that corrects over time.

I had to miss the game, but yeah, not sure why they went for two.

It is a bit of a mess over there. Lots of uproar over defederation and other stuff. I’m sure all of the kinks will be worked out with time.

FYI, this post and some others from the last few days seem to be trickling in over at lemmy.world. Maybe the issue is on its way to being resolved. I also commented on this post from my .world account, but it hasn’t federated as of this comment.
