Oh, it gets worse. All of these are from my "family" from whenever I tried to get help for my severe depression caused by my mother's abuse or from the removed herself. I've cut them out of my life a few years ago but they still try to contact me for some reason.

Some of my greatest hits of mental health advice that I've been told:

• "Have you tried just not identifying as autistic?"
• "You should try Jesus."
