r/guitars and many other music related subreddits have strict rules against self promotion. If you post a link to anything you've created, it gets removed before it can see the light of day. I'm thinking we should allow self-promotion here as long as it's guitar related. If you're excited about something you've played on guitar, whether it's a bedroom jam or a link to music you've released on streaming services, I want to hear it. I can see how it might get out of hand and annoying if there's a lot of traffic, but in a small community I think it would be fun to share and listen to each other's playing. What do you think?
