Have we learned nothing about putting all our dependence on foreign mega corps? Spending more to build up local talent is a good thing.

My expectations for a TES game are low by default. They just provide the world, the modders provide the game.

Iirc the slots got you rare pokemon and skills as prizes. Including one exclusive pokemon. So it's actively detrimental since it conditions kids to accept gambling as normal.

I did the same for the piano tbh. I was better at rhythm games than parsing sheet music so I'd practice and memorise pieces on something like Synthesia.

Good. The next step would be taxing and regulating loot box rubbish like casinos. Published and audited odds, fixed payout ratios, etc.

- You can report people before 24h have passed but the cops may still want you to wait. They do this because they're lazy/don't want to waste time dealing with paranoid folk.
- A gun can be completely silenced when built to do so. Generally using subsonic ammunition and not semi-auto.

Confused? This has been an ongoing thing for the past 20 years. Ever since the corporate types deduced that a solid ip with pretty graphics got enough people to buy the game to recoup the cost. Sometimes not even the solid ip was needed if the cinematic was good enough.

I searched and the only update I can find is that Apple managed to get the gross negligence and fraud by non-disclosure complaints dismissed along with the request for punitive damages. All locked behind a paywall though. Case is Gordoa v. Apple Inc et al, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, No. 3:22-cv-02900 for anyone that has paid access to legal databases.

James Stephanie Sterling after she started doing the stupid "ad spots" in videos for pogs and other memorabilia. They aren't real ads, but they were so damned obnoxious.
Lucy Pyre after she stopped doing FFXIV videos and went full on brainrotted degenerate.
Dean is part of Labor's right faction. Might mean he's more likely to work with the Liberals. Our native forests may not survive this.
>The City of Hobart are hosting a ‘Street to Stage’ fundraising show this weekend for talented local homeless musicians to show off their skills. All funds raised on Saturday will go to Health with Dignity, enabling Hobartians in extreme need to access GP appointments for free.
>In short: An emergency department nurse says staff are still traumatised after a doctor was stabbed at a hospital in Tasmania's north-west, but he says the incident is "just the tip of the iceberg"
Won't pay bus drivers more but will *removed* about no one wanting to work. 10/10 better economic management.
> "It will be an economic game changer for our whole state, and truly supercharge Hobart. Where are the numbers, Mason? If we had the numbers then maybe people would be able to tell if it's in their best interests. The more you hide this shit away under "commercial confidence" the more people won't trust you.
A feel good story to break the monotony of Liberal shitfuckery. Sometimes Tas Liberals can do good things.
My first instinct is "yes" but then I thought about it and I think it's just going to exacerbate the short-stay problem unless combined with other measures.
The amalgamations are now voluntary with the councils negotiating between themselves. I think this solution suits us better because everything is smaller in Tassie.

[Actual list](https://www.travelandleisure.com/our-readers-favorite-cities-in-the-world-of-2023-7555844). 22 overall but the only Oceanic destination that made the shortlist. Whoo! Can't wait for the increased tourist numbers and continuing short-stay boom.
Absolute disgrace no doubt caused by the severe lack of beds at the RHH. Rushing people out the door when they have no transport available.
Privatised building inspections are a fucking disgrace. I didn't even realise there were no licencing requirements. I thought they had to be engineers at the very least.
More of the same problems plaguing the country. Yet nothing is going to be done about it aside from providing subsidies that go straight to the parasites.
The mountain has claimed another victim. The place catches so many off guard because it's 15mins from the CBD and you can drive straight to the top. But the weather can turn on a dime and you're very exposed up there.
"Last week, the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) hit the headlines for the wrong reasons, yet again. Tasmania's second-largest hospital being on the receiving end of a damning assessment by one of the state's coroners has become a depressingly familiar phenomenon. This time the LGH earnt the ire of Coroner Simon Cooper for "substandard" medical records that potentially compromised a patient's treatment. It's the latest in a long list of withering critiques of the hospital, including from staff working within it. A look back at coronial findings handed down since 2017 reveals eight of them have been critical of the LGH."
