Hi, I was having some problems with my NAS. Setup: -Raspberry Pi 400 with Raspbian 64-bit installed on an SD card. -External 3.5" 8TB Seagate HDD connected via USB, encrypted with LUKS and formatted to ext4. (External Storage Drive One Touch HDD 8TB) -UPS to protect from electrical problems. (bought after first corruption) -Running SMB/SSH services. All components have less than 1 year My problem occurs every few weeks/days with the superblock on the HDD. It has a tendency to corrupt itself. I tried formatting it again, but it didn't fix the problem. I scanned it for bad sectors and couldn't find any. I also tried to access SMART, but for some reason, I can't access it. I guess it's a limitation of the external case. Right now, I'm thinking of removing the encryption to reduce the possibilities of corruption.
