The game is very much worth it. It is one of my favorite games in the series. If you are new to the Atelier series, Sophie is a really good entry point.

I really like these two characters. It's kind of a shame that they are bound to be "just the music CD characters", but in a way, that does give them a certain mystique as well, being important characters that have never been part of the games or even the manga and light novels.
