If we can make our own patches to lemmy we could supply a nsfl tag which could be distinctly different to the nsfw tag in that it:

1. Doesn't show to people who have nsfl disabled
2. Doesn't federalize this content or share it outside of lemmynsfw, but then that would defeat the purpose of lemmy idk

I always felt like reddit should have added a separate nsfl toggle as it's in a whole other ballpark, maybe lemmy could implement it?

On a serious note tho, NSFW is really just a term that's come to encompass all things porn when used in a context like this. It's not really a super technical term, but generally speaking anything NSFW is really just an umbrella term for all things lewd!
