What are your opinions on using transgender vs using transexual? Ive been seeing more trans feminine people use transexual to refer to themselves these days and I thought I had it figured out but im confused. Originally, how i saw it was transphobic dolls trying to distance themselves from the rest of the transgender community at large. But the more i read about trans theory and talk to trans women, im finding more and more "cool" trans women calling themselves transexuals. What am I missing?

Youre right, they should have made their own direct action facebook event and got their own permit if they wanted to do anything outside of those in charge. Turning people over to the cops is important because they didnt listen to the leaders of the coalition.

Are you saying that because one org got the permits no other groups are allowed to be there on the same day? Because then the best way to prevent any real action is to plan 'peaceful protests' at any event someone might want to do more at.

This was actually really disappointing. Sucks to see that people in neon vests will step in and shut anything down and work with cops if they feel uncomfortable. Sucks that during a protest to stop genocide, getting too close to a fence is too much. Really disappointed in US liberals pretending to be anything more than that.

Im thinking about talking to my doctor about switching to monotherapy even though im scared of needles. I just hate taking the androgen blockers and im thinking about in the future if hrt gets blocked then ill be able to make liquid estrogen but not spironolactone. Does anyone have experience switching from e+spiro to monotherapy and getting over a fear of needles?
I had a friend post his channel and say that he likes his content. I know that youtube history is often an alt right pipeline, so im wondering if anyone else has looked into this guy? I dont see anyone really calling him out online but he might just be not popular. I can watch the videos myself and come up with an opinion but theyre over 2 hours long so id rather not. My only yellow flag so far is that he has a book with 88 in the name. But thats not enough proof for me.

This morning i had a really rough time; i had an earring fall out and the hole is too swollen to put a replacement, some old lady tried to run me off the road because she couldnt stay in her land during a turn, and i forgot to take my pills. All of it accumulated into a scream from deep down. Usually when i scream it feels so "man" and just makes me feel even worse after, but this one felt very feminine rage yelling. Im not sure what was different but it actually felt nice to yell for the first time in forever.

I finished this book a while ago and it really blew my mind. I'm a trans woman and it completely changed my understanding of my own gender and my understanding of gender as a concept. It's given my a new understanding of the ways I may have been perpetuating harm and ways to change for the better. It was just a life changing read for myself and my cis wife as well. My question is why don't I see this opinion more frequently in the world? I've almost never heard someone use the term effemamania even though it feels so accurate to what's going on so often. I googled it and I don't see much real critique of it other than a single reddit post. Is there some big problem with the book that makes it not actually a good book that I'm missing? Or is it just more or less ignored for some reason? Also if anyone else has read it I'd love to hear your thoughts too. Sorry if this is the wrong comm.
