Shit's still going down, the situation is not yet resolved with reddit
It's understandable to want content and an active community, but that's exactly what many people are cheering: the more Reddit crumbles, the more people will leave and create/share content elsewhere (like here)
I've always been a lurker, but now seeing lemmy's growth, I figured I would like to contribute somehow. Would becoming a mod be a good way to do it? How? What does it take to be a **good** mod?

Personally, I'm having a better time using the Jerboa app on Android than using it on desktop, but I have a feeling that we'll see improvements very soon, as more users join

Yeah, I think each time reddit takes action against moderators, it gives people more reason to seek other alternatives
