Republicans love rejecting federal funding. I'm sure the morons in South Dakota are glad their tax dollars will get them even less benefits.

Hezbollah is the destabilizing entity, certainly not Isntreal.
Only Isntreal can defend itself, everyone else is the attacker. So glad we're back to "pre-empitive war."

We only went to Taito arcade in Akihabara, ive never seen so many people who are so good at rhythm games. It does seem like there are more claw machine places than straight up video game arcades. The claw machines are often visible from the street, and the actual arcade is on a different floor.

"fast" food was ramen, we went to Ichiran a couple times, they have private booths to eat at solo(although i was with my gf haha)
Fancier food: PST Pizza in Tokyo was maybe the best wood fired pizza ive had. they had a pizza with shaved ice tomato that was awesome. And we had omakase at a place called Sushi Punch. The chef there was a funny guy. Also it was located basically off an alley, on the 7th floor of a building. Tokyo is so vertical it's hard to comprehend. You see tons of street level stores and restaurants, and then having a dank meal on the 7th floor is weird to my american brain.

Ate lots of fish things at fish markets and an omakase restaurant. I prefer sushi and nigiri mostly, my gf loves oysters.
It's a massive city with so much happening. Some parts were definitely most visually stimulating like Akihabara. I always have concert earplugs with me in case of loud noises but I was ok, and i mostly have those for hearing protection, not so much for auditory related issues.
I'm not sure what you mean by sites. Like locations? There are tons of little shrines all over, but i didnt see anything leftist related.
Saw some cats, they werent coming up to me though.
Didn't really talk to any locals who didn't work at a place i was at. Lots of workers seem to know some english, but Japanese seem to keep to themselves mostly. When on a train that was mostly japanese people it was pretty fuckin quiet.
Getting around on trains there was easier than New York City. Way better signage and google maps is very good about telling you what station, platform and even the best train car(so youre near the best station exit). Without cell phones it would have been insane figuring everything out.
It was really fun, although hot as fuck, i would suggest waiting til October to visit, or go in early Spring. If you do go in summer you will need a battery hand fan and a solar umbrella, and a handkerchief if youre a sweater like i am. Went to Tokyo, Kyoto and Hakone. It was always the country i wanted to visit the most. AMA.

i see my grandpa sometimes, and recently i started seeing my dad again which hadnt happened for a while. I assume i see my grandpa more cause he died when i was an adult and my dad died like 24 years ago and those memories of him are certainly fading.
Usually in my dream i dont know theyre dead, but a couple times i might have been lucid dreaming cause i knew they were dead and was like "wtf how"
All i said is what america has always been a fascist and Christian/white supremacist country. ![reddit-logo](https://www.hexbear.net/pictrs/image/4aac8007-876f-4c7f-936d-b7eabf506ef4.png "emoji reddit-logo")
I'm gonna give them the real answer and make them wish they never asked. (context: i work in IT on help desk and talk to people on the phone)
Got back from family vacation, got on the dreaded Facebook, found out the woman who was my first gf 12 years ago, and subsequently a friend I talked to pretty frequently, had died of liver failure at 33 years old. Looking back on it, when she was drinking 12 years ago it just seemed like a fun time. I didn't know she sustained that pace for a decade plus. Some other things took a toll too, like an eating disorder. Anyways, I am fuckin sad, fuck alcohol, it's as bad as heroin but capitalism gotta make that $$$$$
will they do a sketch about US prison labor? or one mentioning the actual genocide happening right now, being perpetrated with bombs and guns? will they do a sketch talking about Nike or american companies using forced labor? nope. death to AmeriKKKa
so my weeb ass is finally going to Japan. Main things me and my partner want to do are Ghlibi museum and theme park, see the life size Gundam, and go to a baseball game. We'll be mostly in Tokyo and Kyoto and then the Ghibli theme park in Nagoya. We like all the nerd shit so we'll be in Shibuya, Shinkuk and Akihabara, and maybe do some fancy stuff in Ginza.
Thrustmaster(lol) T150. It's pretty fuckin rad, i only used a controller to play racing games before this but this is so much cooler.
I don't mean with BetterHelp or some other shit advertised on a podcast. I was looking up some therapists on psychologytoday.com and noticed so many do it online. There are some in person ones near me but they are still like a 35 min drive. I guess my side of the midsized city im in doesnt seem to have much.
Some background info: dad got cancer when i was 12, watched him take his last breaths on a hospital bed in the living room, with my mom and sister there. i smoked weed for 18 years but quit last year. I used to have every now and then panic attacks thinking about my existence and what it is and how it will end. Lately though i've been having all kinds of shit going through my brain. It's unseasonably warm here so i freak out about climate change, ive recently started to be scared of house fires for no reason, and then last night i was on some anxious shit thinking about burglaries. Me and my gf have cats so i get anxious about them if im not at home. I've really become a slight agoraphobe. Was kinda wondering if anyone else had this stuff happening to their brain and what could help it. It's really ramped up the last month or so. I am trying to tell myself that im worried too much about things that probably won't happen but it's hard to trick yourself. I've been looking up therapists, there's CBT which looks interesting i guess. Part of me just wants a pill to make it all go away.
Stop opposing genocide, you anti-semites
Group of black teens attacks a guy. Minor injuries. What's the reddit thread filled with? "carry a gun" "cops on every corner" "animals" what gets downvoted? me mentioning generational poverty. death to the whites. Edit: came back, didn't think this would blow up the way it did, but it has been hilarious how many bad takes are from people with an @ in their username.
