Does anyone know the name of the song starting at 02:13:44? Shazam doesn’t pick up on it (possibly because it’s played at a different speed?) and the uploader isn’t responding to comments anymore… Would really appreciate some help identifying this song since it’s been stuck in my head for a while!

True but the GDPR is not the primary legislative instrument here since it deals with general rules for processing personal data. The ePrivacy directive (or PECR in UK) is more important when it comes to cookies since it deals with electronic communication.
The ePrivacy directive states that cookies and similar tracking technologies can only be dropped on a user device after obtaining consent, i.e. no other ‘GDPR’ legal bases such as legitimate interest are available. There is an exception for cookies that are essential or strictly necessary for the website to work. In such cases no consent needs to be obtained. This exception is narrowly interpreted by most EU supervisory authorities.
This may be subject to change though since the ePrivacy directive is in the process of being replaced by the ePrivacy regulation which is said to outline new rules for cookies.

I heard a good bit about defections from North Korea but today was the first time I read about people decring to North Korea. Here is an interesting read about the life of one of seven U.S. soldiers to defect after the Korean War. Jenkins deserted in 1965 by crossing the DMZ expecting to the fairly quickly handed over to the Soviets and then included in a prisoner exchange back to the US. Instead, the North Koreans kept him, tortured him, turned him into a movie star (playing evil Americans) and married him to an abducted Japanese nurse. In 2005, he left (or was allowed to leave) to Japan and lived there until his death in 2017. The articles about the other defectors are also a decent read. I found the life of [James Desnok](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Joseph_Dresnok) particularly interesting who seems to have quickly become a convinced regime supporter (and whose two sons are serving in the North Korean army).

Age of Empires 2 DE (great community and a fun multiplayer game that never goes out of fashion) Gothic 1 (haven’t played it in 15ish but I feel hugely nostalgic about it) Elex 1 (by the creators of Gothic. Definitely not a perfect game but I had a great time playing it nonetheless) Cyberpunk (great story so far, still playing)
