RESOLVED: Owned Ships Disappearing Tied to Rentals

Looks like that "owned ships disappearing from the ASOP terminal" is tied to renting ships. Bad bug to be existing as we go into IAE later this week.

Update: allegedly resolved in a deployed hotfix.
