notifyall addon

It seems that the notifyall addon was not working with 2022.12 and it is not working with 2023.01.
I found this commit on friendica-addons repo (github.com/friendica/friendica…).
If I apply this change, the addon is working again.
Why this small change is not applied to the stable branch? 😀
