"Hide your profile details" expectations survey

Have you enabled "Hide your profile details from anonymous viewers?" in the "Security and Privacy" category of your account settings?

If yes, what were your expectations for this feature?
Have you been surprised about some of its side-effects?
Are you overall satisfied with it?
Is there any tweak you think we should add to it?
