Armenian PM slams 'coup attempt'

The situation in Armenia seems complicated right now. We do not know for sure right now if the coup has succeeded or failed.

Coups generally are an assault on democracy, even bourgeois democracy. So I'm hoping it does not succeed, the Armenian people have suffered enough.
