Bitfinex CTO: "LightningNetwork ⚡ is redefining the concept of T+1 / T+2 settlements"

Bitfinex CTO says they're creating a fund that settles trades on the lightning network and also looking at adding the RGB protocol to tether.

Anyone have any idea how the LN could work for larger trade sizes?
