I wonder why the Philippines has never produced a political drama series like the West Wing

I wonder why the Philippines has never produced a political drama series like the West Wing, House of Cards, and Madam Secretary. I think such shows can serve as something like PH gov’t 101 and encourage people to hold the gov’t and politicians more accountable.
