Anyone who's clued in on what reactionaries are up to mind giving me info on what Steve Sailer is about?

I see this guy posted and cited a lot buy the white reactionaries i keep on an eye on twitter. A cursory glance suggests he's just another Jared Taylor type the educated racist who keeps the slurs in check.

I know he came up with that white reaction theory that basically says that the republican party should only appeal to white interests and it would do much better.

Am I about right?
