The Join Lemmy page displays a disabled version of my instance thegarden.land alongside the current live instance. The disabled one has a messed up name. How do I get that off the Join Lemmy page?

Do y’all see what I’m seeing there on Join Lemmy? On the join a server page. We created that instance but it wasn’t working correctly so we rebooted it but the old disabled version still displays with a funky name. Can Lemmy remove that?
