Guide for setting Oculus ASW to Off automatically, every time, without 3rd party tools

Hi all, thought I'd share this here - I've figured out a way to have ASW turn off automatically, and successfully, every time I jump into VR. It's a bit of a process but works really well and I never have to remember to check that it's off anymore.
