These figurines were released by Hardee's in 1989 as part of a co-promotion with Tang who was using the characters in their commercials at the time! This would have been around the same time that Dominos [The Noid](https://youtu.be/ZtgaK-tGUzg?si=jH1M3AYkxWRoM9iW) character and [The California Raisins](https://youtu.be/JHQlS0zRFc8?si=dtkfOIe9J2aUCBl1) were at the height of their popularity so it looks very similar in style to those ads [Hardee's ad for the figures](https://youtu.be/P0MjxajelN0?si=YtwQp2fBs3m_-LXu) [Tang ad featuring the characters](https://youtu.be/9_QPpSzAqXo?si=jEsOwKYCt0i86obw)
I couldn't find any kind of history for this one, but here's the original [TV ad](https://youtu.be/pBwgwZEa8gA?si=AGnxTA6T0n8lVXAa) for it! All I know about this product is that I remember we had one hanging up in the shower at my parents house when I was a kid, and at the time I was too short to reach it lol Here's the cover as well 
At first I thought someone had taken a regular doll head and stuck it on a troll doll some time in the 80s, but I showed it to my friend who is a doll expert and he is certain it's a Liddle Kiddle doll. According to [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liddle_Kiddles) they were only produced from 1965 until 1970 when they were discontinued due to the [global oil crisis](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1970s_energy_crisis). This one is in pretty rough shape, but here are some images of how they look in good condition:

This belonged to my grandfather originally. There's not a ton of info about when these were produced that I could find, but what I *did* find suggested that this is probably from the very early 60s sometime

Thought this was a beautiful photo I saw today on Mastodon.
I've managed to collect a few vintage holiday ornaments and I really enjoy putting them out every year. I just found the three little figurines at a thrift shop (they are actually place card holders, imagine how cute that dinner table must have been!) The angel was damaged so I replaced her wings and gave her a star. Let's see your vintage holiday, winter solstice, etc. decor!
AKA DDT. From LIFE Magazine, June 1950, which had like five more ads for DDT.
