Moderation notification testing

I'm going to use this thread to test moderation reporting. [@jdp23@lemmy.blahaj.zone](https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/u/jdp23), I will need your help! I am going to make some replies to this, and determine how notifications work. Specifically, what I'm trying to do is determine how admins and community moderators interact.
